Tool #1: Acuity Scheduling App

If you have an iPhone you can download the app. You can also navigate to this mobile friendly URL listed below. Login info will be provided to you in a separate email. Couple of things to keep in mind / remember:

- You want to be in the Month view

- Click on the appointment name to view the details

- Scroll down to the "Notes" section to see if they prepaid for anything. If they did, it will be listed here. The 3 options are:

          "Retouching on Free Headshot"
          "10 - 12 High Resolution Digital Images From Shoot"
          "Retouching on The Additional 10 - 12 Images"

Tool #2: ShootProof

You will need to download the Desktop Uploader to your computer (PC or MAC).

Login info will be provided to you in a separate email. First time you open the program after installing it you will need to do the following:


1) Authorize Uploader
2) Enter your email address / password and then click login
3) Authorize the application ShootProof Desktop Uploader and give permission
4) Follow the rest of the instructions in the above video

Tool #3: Image Counts PreKey Form

You will need to fill out the PreKey form for each and every client you photograph.

Tutorial: Shooting Instructions

We need to capture 24 - 36 poses of every client in a variety of angles, expressions, and croppings. The easiest formula to develop an easy, no brainer flow that makes your job easier and gives Image Counts the greatest opportunity to maximize the additional sales of pictures to the client is as follows:

- Headshots (from the left, straight on, from the right) smiles and no smiles

- 1/4 Body Shots (from the left, straight on, from the right) smiles and no smiles

- 1/2 Body Shots (from the left, straight on, from the right) smiles and no smiles

- 3/4 Body Shots (from the left, straight on, from the right) smiles and no smiles

- Full Body Shots (from the left, straight on, from the right) smiles and no smiles

WHAT IS THE OFFER I'M PHOTOGRAPHING?

Image Counts is providing each person we photograph with a FREE INDIVIDUAL SESSION ($197 value) and one FREE HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITAL HEADSHOT ($97 value) with no obligation or pressure to purchase anything from us.  We are nice enough to let  them order additional products and services from their shoot if they desire.

a FREE FAMILY SESSION ($397 value) and one FREE 8x10 ($40 value) with no obligation or pressure to purchase anything from us. We are nice enough to let them order additional products and services from their shoot if they desire.

Some clients have pre-purchased a few of our products services (which will be listed in the notes section of their appointment within the Acuity scheduling app).

After shooting the client and submitting the PREKEY form the client will get a text message thanking them for allowing us to photograph them and letting them know we will be emailing them their online proofs to view and select their free headshot or free 8x10 from within the next 3 days (Monday - Friday).  

They will receive a viewing link and instructions on how to pick out their complimentary headshot or family portrait and place an order for any additional products and services.

All you have to do is shoot some great photos of them, give them a great experience, and everyone wins!
